【Working Principle】
PJP jet pump pneumatic conveying system is composed of PJP jet pump, pneumatic butterfly valve, pump top chamber, manual spiral gate, compressed air supply device, etc. The compressed air source is mainly Roots blower. Powder and granular materials enter the PJP jet pump through the manual spiral gate, pump top bin and pneumatic butterfly valve. When the compressed air for transportation passes through the nozzle in the PJP jet pump box, the high-speed air flow generated makes the PJP jet pump box form a negative pressure state, and the materials in the pump top bin are easily mixed with the high-speed air flow. Then, when the material gas mixture passes through the expansion pipe of the PJP jet device, the kinetic energy of the high-speed air flow is converted into static pressure energy, so that the powdered materials are transported to the terminal through the feeding pipe. The manual spiral gate of PJP jet pump is used for commissioning and maintenance, and the pneumatic butterfly valve is used for automatic closing when the transportation of powdered materials is suspended and the system pressure is abnormal.
